By using Paws for Thought cat sitting service, you acknowledge the following:

​

 

1. You agree to pay the charges for services rendered by Paws For Thought

 

2. Payment for services rendered is due prior to return your keys. Alternatively, payment is due on your return, in the case that Paws for Thought is acting as a key holder (for regular clients).

 

3. All days booked will be charged for. Our cancelation policy is outlined on our website (https://www.pawsforthoughtonline.co.uk/prices)

4. You agree that you have requested Paws For Though to take care of your pet(s).

5. You agree that, in the unlikely event of your pet(s) becoming ill while you are away, Paws For Thought reserves the right to take the pet(s) to a local vet and initiate an appropriate care plan, as recommended by a qualified professional. We will endeavour to contact you and keep you fully informed of the situation. However, while your pet(s) is in the care of Paws For Thought, Paws For Thought reserves the right to initiate treatment at our discretion, without consent of the pet's owner. Further to this, you acknowledge that you will be liable for all costs incurred while the pet is in the care of the vet.

6. You agree that Paws for Thought is not responsible for any injury incurred by your pet while it is in the care of the vet. Paws For Thought will not be held liable for any injury, disappearance or death of any pet(s) with access to the outdoors. You acknowledge that the use of ‘cat flaps’ or other openings increases the risk of injury /disappearance or death of your pet(s).

7. Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Client details will be kept private and not shared with any external organisations and never used for any purposes, other that the care of your pet(s).
